What happens to a file

Your selected CSV content is read into the browser's current page memory. Comparing or exporting sends those inputs over HTTPS to this application's Vercel-hosted server, which validates and calculates the review in memory. The application does not persist those inputs to a database or object store.

The browser holds the working review and decision notes until you clear it, reload or leave the page. Downloaded files are retained on your device until you remove them. Source hashes in the review record identify the exact input bytes; they are not an anonymous substitute for the full evidence contained in your download.

Who can access the workspace

Your own-file workspace requires your separate StockBridge sign-in and a verified paid entitlement. Internal deployment previews remain protected by Vercel authentication. Only upload supplier information you are authorised to process. Supplier contracts and commercial terms can be confidential even when they contain no personal information.

Vercel provides hosting and deployment access protection. Hosting and access logs may contain request metadata; this application does not add CSV contents to logs or analytics. No claim of zero provider retention or a certified compliance status is made. Vercel privacy policy.

Account and billing information

Clerk manages your independent StockBridge identity. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout and billing pages; this application does not receive card numbers. A dedicated StockBridge database stores your Clerk user identifier, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, billing holds and hashed event receipts. These records support access checks and billing support; supplier CSV contents and review notes are not stored there. No AI, inventory or accounting provider receives your review content. No marketing signup is inferred from account creation.

Your controls

Use “Clear review” to remove the working data from this page, including a retained prior revision. Keep internal exports securely; they contain supplier prices and review notes. Clarification drafts are not sent by this application. Check recipients and remove confidential internal fields before sharing a draft yourself. Do not upload employee, customer or unrelated personal data. Contact admin@provhq.com for account-data access or deletion requests. Billing records may need to be retained to meet legal recordkeeping obligations; deleting a profile is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription.
